Ep 8. Sean Corby: Cancelled for Quoting MLK and Criticising CRT

Opposing Critical Race Theory now a protected characteristic under UK equality laws in landmark ruling.

In a groundbreaking UK legal ruling, a judge has declared that opposing views on critical race theory are a protected characteristic under equality laws. Sean Corby, an Acas employee, took his employer to an employment tribunal after being asked to remove posts and comments critical of the BLM movement and critical race theory from social media. Corby argued in favor of Martin Luther King's approach to combating racism, which emphasises character over skin color.

Inaya Folarin Iman had an in-depth conversation with Corby for Equianopod to uncover the full story and learn about his experience in this landmark case.
